Going Hatchback - Ferrari Style

Ferrari has created a hatchback! Titled the hatchback FF, the hatchback Ferrari is meant to meet the demands of a car owner who wants both a race car and an extra seat. According to Ferrari's chairman, Luca Cordero di Montezemolo, the hatchback FF is an effort to make the company more marketable.

It is their survival strategy to increase sales. Prior to the hatchback FF, Ferrari was mainly advertised for single men. The hatchback FF can now be sold to owners who find themselves hauling strollers and sports equipment. Ferrari aims to allow patrons to do more with the company's vehicles.

The hatchback FF starts at $360,000 in comparison to the Ferrari sport models at $250,000. Although the hatchback does have a back seat and a much larger trunk than the traditional models, under the cobra like hood of the FF rests a 660-horsepower engine ready to go "VROOM".
