I had a few laughs when I started reading "Car Dealer Hell." But by the time I was finished, all the fear of entering car dealerships had crept back into my memory. In the long run this book gave me all the ammo and knowledge to brave my way back to make a purchase, Great book! I am telling all of my friends "DO NOT buy a car without reading this first."
