I continue to hear stories one after another about how salesmen start their jobs with goood intentions and a high level of integrity but more often than not gravitate to new lows.
After numerous sales meetings and training they are pushed and prodded to do and say things they normally would not . This is all in the name of increasing sales and all done at the expense of the customer and ultimately the salesman. I feel that the salesman will ultimately suffer as that prodding and training effects his/her relationships with their families often times leading to breakups/divorce among other things bad.
